About Park Cities and Dr. Casad

Park Cities Aesthetics is one of the oldest medical practice based aesthetic centers in Dallas. In 1996, our medical director Dr. Connie Casad had observed the needs expressed by her patients had gone beyond the normal health issues she was accustomed to addressing. One of the greatest desires voiced by patients was to have medical-based treatments to help them enhance their personal appearance. At the same time, they wanted to have the comfort and security of working with a doctor and a practice they already knew and trusted.

Dr. Casad was intrigued by laser and intense pulse light technologies that were receiving FDA approval. Concurrently, she was focusing her efforts on her gynecological practice, and was looking for a new specialty to add as she moved away from obstetrics. As a result of this new interest in aesthetic care, Dr. Casad became the first female OB/GYN in Dallas to embrace the benefits of intense pulsed light treatments for her patients. Initially, Park Cities Aesthetics concentrated on the treatment of spider and varicose veins. As technology progressed, treatment options were expanded to include hair removal, skin care and foto skin rejuvenation.

Today, Park Cities Aesthetics offers a comprehensive array of treatment options current with the most recent advancements in aesthetic technology. Experienced and as knowledgeable as anyone in the Metroplex, our practice is professionally recognized as one of the leaders in matters of skin care and personal beauty improvement.

Our Staff

Connie Casad, MD, FACOG:
Medical Director

Dr. Casad graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Southwestern University located in Georgetown, Texas. She continued her education by attending medical school, and achieved her MD at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Casad completed her residency at St. Paul Medical Center in Dallas.

Dr. Casad is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a Fellow with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She focuses her practice on aesthetic rejuvenation and gynecologic care.

Annie Myscich: Certified Surgical Technician

When Annie joined our team in 2001, she was a welcome addition to our staff. With more than 20 years experience in health care, ranging from pharmaceutical to neurosurgical and plastic and reconstructive surgery she clearly understands how to meet the needs of our patients in a caring and competent way.

Annie has received specific training and certification in both EpiLight™ and FotoFacial™ and Harmony laser procedures, and is also certified in the administration of BOTOX® and dermal fillers. Annie is proficient in all aspects of the Aesthetic practice.

Annie is married with 2 sons.
