Laser & EpiLight™ Hair Removal

The discomfort and inconvenience of hair removal methods like electrolysis, depilatories and waxing are a thing of the past. EpiLight™ hair removal is safe, simple and produces permanent hair reduction. Incorporating the same Intense Pulsed Light technology of the FotoFacial™ Treatments and PhotoDerm® vein therapy, EpiLight™ treats up to one hundred hair follicles per pulse, eliminating their ability to produce hair for long periods of time. Unwanted hair around the mouth, legs, thighs, bikini area, under arms, back and chest may now all be effectively treated so unsightly hair is a thing of the past.

Length of appointment times depend on the area size to be treated, but in general, procedures take 30 to 60 minutes to complete. Subsequent to treatment it is important for the patient to limit skin exposure to the sun. After initial treatment sessions, once or twice a year touch up appointments may be scheduled to maintain the hair free nature of the treated areas.
